Meg started her Pilates journey in 2022. A former dancer, she fell in love with how Pilates built strength from the inside out, improved her posture, and boosted her confidence—both in and out of the studio. Over time, Pilates became a lifestyle Meg lives by, centered on strength, control, and mindful movement every day.
Now a certified Pilates instructor and health coach, Meg loves helping people feel strong, capable, and comfortable in their bodies. Her coaching style is supportive, motivating, and meets you exactly where you are while encouraging you to step out of your comfort zone.
She loves a good core and glute burn, and her classes always include functional movement you can feel in everyday life—challenging you, helping you feel stronger, and with just the right amount of fun sprinkled in.
