Andee studied dance in high school and loved to choreograph and perform jazz routines. After moving to Colorado Springs, she became somewhat of a “fitness buff,” and enjoyed teaching aerobics classes. In 2016, she lost her mom. In the midst of coping with her grief, she discovered Pilates through a personal training program. Pilates proved to be instrumental in helping her to deal with this loss in her life, by focusing on her physical and emotional health. Following a lengthy career in public education and administration (she holds a BS in Special Education and an MA in Education Administration and Supervision), she made the decision to pursue a certification in Pilates, completing her comprehensive certification through the Club Pilates teacher training program. She holds certifications through both Club Pilates and ASFA. Andee is passionate about assisting and supporting clients with body image and mid-life issues as well as helping clients to stay strong as they pursue their individual health and fitness goals. She continually strives to make a difference in her client’s lives. She has been teaching Pilates with women in a one-on-one and duet setting since October of 2019. Andee is genuinely excited to be a part of the Club Pilates instructor team. You will find her to be empathetic, supportive, and sensitive to your individual needs.
