Julie began her fitness journey with running, but then decided that she wanted to gain more strength, mobility, and flexibility through adding Pilates. Now, she is certified through Club Pilates in all their equipment. Helping others through fitness has become her passion. She wants to encourage people that their fitness goals are achievable at any age through the safe strengthening of your body through Pilates. It's never too late to be strong and healthy!
