Sara is a Pilates Method Alliance Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher. She has been teaching Pilates since 2009 and is comprehensively educated through both Power Pilates in Atlanta, GA and Polestar Pilates in Miami, FL, 600 and 500 hour Pilates teacher training programs.
Sara is a passionate instructor who loves what she does. Her teaching style blends classical flow and contemporary Pilates exercises with functional movement patterning. She challenges clients to do more than they think they can and keeps her classes flowing from movement to movement.
Sara holds additional Certifications in Barre Above, Beyond Barre, TRX, Wilderness First Aid & CPR, along with specialty CEC's in Pilates for Neurological Disorders, Pilates for Knee and Hip Replacements, Pilates for Rheumatology, and Athletic Pilates Conditioning to name a few. She also has a BS in Accounting and a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
Outside of Club Pilates, Sara enjoys mountain biking and has had a blast participating in many ultra endurance mountain bike races throughout the country since she started in 2008. In 2018 she stepped outside of her comfort zone and enrolled in mountaineering and rock climbing courses through the Colorado Mountain Club. Sara is passionate about living minimally, eating ethically, and giving back. She has fostered over 40 dogs for local Colorado dog rescues since 2015, and volunteers her time regularly to support the needs of non profit organizations that are important to her.
