Lynne began her interest in fitness during her time at Rutgers University. During this time, she worked as a Student Athletic Trainer and as a Personal Trainer. Through the years she has enjoyed running, spinning, weight training and yoga. Looking to recover from past back and shoulder injuries she decided to join Club Pilates where she fell in love with the practice. In addition to completing Club Pilates Comprehensive Instructor training, Lynne is a certified yoga instructor having completed her 200-hour yoga teacher certification. She takes special delight in seeing her clients grow more confident and stronger within their practice. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, hiking, boating and spending time with her husband and two teenagers.
