Becky Aucoin, has been a Pilates instructor for almost 13 years and loves helping others reach their goals. She is a Comprehensively trained Pilates Instructor, with her Associates Degree in Occupational Science for Fitness and Health, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Nutrition Fitness Specialist, TRX Certified, Barre Above, FMT mobility specialist, and Trained in Special Populations for Scoliosis. As an ex-athlete she has truly enjoyed the challenge and functional movement Pilates has brought to her training and into her life. Pilates can help recover from injuries and also prevent them. She believes Pilates is the best way to create a foundation for all fitness goals, because the core musculature is the most important place to start.
