Cristin discovered Pilates at a time she needed it most, and in the process, it became a source of unexpected healing, strength, and self-awareness. She now shares that experience through her teaching, helping others reconnect with themselves, move with purpose, and build strength from the inside out. Drawing from her background in education and mental health, Cristin creates classes that encourage intentional movement, confidence, and progress over perfection. Her classes move to soulful R&B, hip hop, and funk, offering a space where everyone can show up as they are, feel supported, and grow through movement.
