Hannah is a Milwaukee native who has been involved in the fitness world since 2020. She first began taking indoor cycling classes and quickly realized her excitement for the stationary bike went beyond simply being a participant. She became a certified spin instructor in 2022 and has been teaching ever since. After graduating, Hannah’s mom suggested they try a workout class together—and that is when they discovered Pilates. They found it to be a great way to improve flexibility and mobility, while also spending quality time together. Hannah is currently working toward completing her Pilates certification. She enjoys the creativity that comes with designing a flow and finding ways to strengthen and challenge the foundational movements of Pilates. When she is not teaching, Hannah enjoys spending time with her two cats, exploring new ways to move her body, and (of course) spending time with her mom.
