Linda loves teaching and always has. From her work in medical clinics, and counselling, to her years as a classroom teacher, and later into yoga and Pilates; she exudes great pleasure when working with you.
She knows that most people encounter injuries, wear and tear, and pain in their bodies during their lifetime. Linda is no exception. As a youngster, she participated in dance, gymnastics, figure skating, hockey and cheerleading. She loved to move. Later on Linda was referred to Pilates after a surgery, when she needed to regain strength. After witnessing the strength that Pilates created in her body, she was hooked.
Linda loves Pilates for its emphasis on meeting and accepting you, the client's body and mind where it is. All exercises can be modified and adapted to you. Young and mature, Pilates is for everyone!
