Emily
As a retired cross country runner, Emily began her Pilates journey four years ago while looking for a new way to work out and rehabilitate several injuries. She quickly fell in love with Pilates, and was amazed with the results and strength she began to notice in her own body. Pilates drastically changed her physical and mental health, and reignited a passion for fitness she had not had in years. Emily is passionate about helping others fall in love with Pilates, progressing their practice towards their individual goals. She is also a Kindergarten teacher full time, and loves using that skill set to teach children and adults alike. Emily can’t wait to inspire others in their own Pilates journey, and looks forward to seeing you in class soon!
