Lynda has always loved being active. Growing up, she played basketball, softball, and ran track throughout elementary and high school. Her passion for movement has continued into adulthood through sports, fitness, and now—Pilates. When a friend suggested she try a class, Lynda instantly fell in love. She was drawn not only to the low-impact, total-body workout that truly anyone can do, but also to the encouraging and inspiring Pilates community. With 40 years of teaching experience, Lynda brings a natural passion for helping others grow and succeed. She values connection and believes in creating a welcoming, supportive environment where everyone feels encouraged and included. Teaching Pilates gives her the perfect opportunity to blend movement, encouragement, and relationship-building. Outside the studio, Lynda enjoys gardening, reading, and traveling. Whether she's digging in the dirt, exploring a new book, or visiting somewhere new, she’s always learning and finding joy. Lynda is excited to share her love for Pilates and help others discover the strength, balance, and confidence it brings.
