What began as a job quickly turned into a personal journey—after being diagnosed with a hormonal disorder, McKenzie found that Pilates not only supported her physical health, but also became a vital part of her emotional well-being. Having played competitive sports her whole life and always loved being active, McKenzie brings a lifelong appreciation for movement and discipline into her teaching. She is dedicated to sharing that same sense of strength, balance, and happiness with every client she teaches. McKenzie welcomes all ages and fitness levels by focusing on helping each individual feel good in their body, move confidently, and leave feeling better than when they arrived.
