Janet McLeish is a Certified Group Fitness Leader and certified MATT Pilates instructor trained in STOTT Pilates Reformer with 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. She is dedicated to strong, mindful movement that feels good and works. Janet's background includes certifications in Barre, Group Fitness Leadership, Indoor Cycling, Kickboxing, Zumba Fitness, Belly Fitness and Personal Training, allowing her to bring a well-rounded, informed approach to every session. Janet's teaching style combines controlled strength, mobility, and intentional flow to help clients move with confidence and ease. She loves creating empowering classes that challenge the body while respecting its limits - because Pilates should support your life, not just your workout.
