Sarina
Sarina is a fun and thoughtful Pilates instructor who has been a dedicated Pilates member and advocate for over two years, using the practice to support both mental and physical health. After spending more than ten years working in accounting and finance, she chose to change her career path to pursue her passion for movement and wellness.
Sarina’s classes are both challenging and restorative, thoughtfully designed to build strength, improve mobility, and promote balance. Her goal as an instructor is to support the physical and mental well-being of her class members through structured, steady progress; guiding them toward meaningful, measurable improvements over time.
