Sofia discovered Pilates through her own injury recovery, which sparked a deep appreciation for mindful movement. She is comprehensively and therapeutically trained in Pilates and certified in TRX, bringing a balanced and functional approach to a full-body practice. Sofia views Pilates as a complete system that builds foundational strength and transfers seamlessly into everyday life and other forms of movement. Her classes are grounded, intentional, and supportive, with just the right touch of challenge to keep both the body and brain engaged. She believes movement is for everybody - you simply have to find what works best for your unique body, and her favorite reminder in class is, “always listen to your body first.” Outside the studio, Sofia enjoys dancing, exploring nature, reading, and studying holistic wellness practices.
