Meet Geri! She is an instructor who has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in a variety of fitness modalities! With extensive experience in teaching yoga, HIIT, Barre, group fitness, and spin classes, Geri brings a well-rounded approach to Pilates that integrates elements of strength, flexibility, and balance. Having completed Club Pilates Teacher training, Geri is fully equipped to guide students through the foundational principles of Pilates and help them achieve their fitness goals. With a keen eye for alignment and form, Geri is committed to ensuring that each student receives individualized attention and guidance, allowing them to progress safely and effectively. Her joy for Pilates is positively contagious! She believes that if we take care of our bodies, our bodies will take care of us. Outside of the studio, Geri is an avid road cyclist, having completed several challenging rides, including Ride the Rockies, RAGBRAI, Triple Bypass, and Copper Triangle, just to name a few! This passion for cycling brings a unique perspective to our Pilates classes, as she is able to draw upon her own experiences with endurance training to help students build strength, increase mobility, and prevent injury. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a beginner looking to build a strong foundation in Pilates, Geri is here to guide and support you every step of the way.
