Veronica is an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, a Peak Pilates Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor, TRX Certified Instructor, and a Yoga Alliance Registered Prenatal Yoga Instructor. She’s been certified in many group exercise formats over the years, including indoor cycling and cardio-kickboxing. She has a degree in Exercise and Sports Science and has been practicing yoga and meditation for 20 years. She’s taught group fitness for almost two decades! She currently teaches the following modalities: therapeutic hatha yoga, classical Pilates, traditional strength and conditioning, vinyasa yoga, aerial yoga, yin yoga, restorative yoga, stand-up paddle-boarding (SUP), SUP yoga, cycling, running, rowing and kickboxing. She’s been personal training for over 12 years, and she taught a personal trainer certification course at the University of Texas-Austin for 4 years too. She is a FITCORE Teacher Trainer. She loves teaching the FITCORE fusion formats to fitness professionals: FITCORE combines yoga, Pilates, and strength training for a well-balanced, total mind-body workout using the Pilates reformer, chair and tower.
