Raina has enjoyed various forms of exercise and physical hobbies throughout her life including cycling, gym workouts, tennis, weightlifting, and horseback riding. In 2018, she started practicing yoga and enjoyed the mind-body connection and community of like-minded people. She then added Pilates into her workout and loved the addition of using the various apparatuses and the accessibility to all body types and ages that it allowed. Pilates was the perfect balance between her workouts and the mind body connection that she loves. By becoming a Pilates instructor, she gets to share her passion with others to help them be the healthiest version of themselves. When not in the studio, she enjoys traveling and spending time family and friends.
