Meet Alivya, a passionate Pilates instructor, nursing student, and advocate for mental health. Originally from Michigan, Alivya discovered her path to wellness through a deep love of movement and the outdoors. Whether she’s guiding a class in the studio or exploring the trails of America’s national parks, she leads with purpose, presence, and a commitment to both physical and mental strength.
Currently pursuing a degree in nursing, Alivya brings a compassionate, whole-person approach to everything she does. Her classes reflect her belief that movement is not just physical—it's a form of self-care and emotional healing. Certified through Club Pilates, Alivya focuses on helping clients feel strong, supported, and empowered in their bodies.
Beyond the studio, she’s an avid hiker and skier, often seeking adventure in the mountains and forests. Her passion for mental health extends into her volunteer work with The Deegan Project, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting children’s mental wellness. With her warm energy, clinical insight, and love for the outdoors, Alivya strives to make a difference both on and off the mat.
