Dagyo
Instructor
Dagyo is a certified Pilates instructor, having completed her certification with STOTT. Her Pilates journey began in her teenage years when she experienced limited movement in her pelvis and was later diagnosed with scoliosis in her lower back and pelvic area after an X-ray. To improve her posture and alleviate lower back pain, Dagyo decided to take private sessions with a Pilates instructor who has a background in physiotherapy. These sessions significantly reduced her discomfort and inspired her to learn more about Pilates' core principles.
After two years of working with her physiotherapist, Dagyo moved to Canada to deepen her knowledge. In 2024, Dagyo officially became a Pilates instructor. She now leads group sessions with a focus on proper posture and a deep understanding of exercise fundamentals. Additionally, she offers private sessions, having completed specialized courses in Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel. Dagyo is dedicated to helping clients achieve better posture and overall wellbeing through her expertise and personalized approach.
