Susan is fully certified across the Pilates modalities (mat, reformer, chair, barrel and cadillac) through the Physical Mind Institute. With 20+ years of experience and diverse certifications including yoga, personal training, Thai body massage and mindfulness meditation, Susan is committed to guiding you on your Pilates practice. As a fitness expert with graduate degrees in physical education, sociology and disability studies (UBC, UofT), Susan is proud of her notable leadership roles in developing the CPTN personal trainer certification programs, managing the fitness programs at the University of Toronto Athletic Centre, and presenting movement and accessibility workshops at international conferences. Susan enjoys teaching all levels of the Reformer Flow classes. Her classes are educational, progressive and inclusive for all fitness abilities.
