Bria has been married to her husband Chasen for 15 years, is a mom to two bubbly girls, and is also a realter with Smart Realty. She first discovered Pilates several years ago while seeking a low impact workout. Bria immediately noticed that it alleviated her hip pain and strengthened her core significantly, she is now a dedicated Pilates enthusiast for life. Bria enjoys the consistent benefits resulting from challenging the body with weight bearing, low impact exercise. Bria also has a passion for music and her upbeat playlist will have you moving and grooving!
