Anna grew up in Mississippi, and was always active outdoors as a child. She played sports from an early age, and actively pursued fitness through yoga, hiking, and other fitness regimens while in college and after. It was after having her third child that she discovered the physical and mental benefits of Pilates. She then decided to go all in with Pilates, aspiring to become a teacher of the method and striving to achieve her personal goals of strength, flexibility, and control. She is comprehensively certified in all Pilates apparatuses. She believes in always striving to learn more; progress over perfection; movement is the best medicine. She says she is training for the Centenarian Olympics. She is married with three young children, and loves to be active outdoors with her family. Outside of Pilates, she loves to read, garden, and travel with her family.
