Natalie Woods is a native of Memphis. Her love for physical fitness began at a young age while attending Whitehaven High School, where she was a cheerleader captain, played volleyball, and was a sprinter on the Whitehaven track and field team. Natalie attended college at the University of Memphis, receiving her bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science. In addition to her formal education, she holds a personal trainer certification from the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Natalie has also earned several health and fitness certifications throughout her career, including an Arthritis Foundation Instructor certification in 2008. She completed her Pilates Reformer and Movement Principles certifications from Balanced Body University in 2010, and she also completed STOTT Pilates training in 2014. She has completed her certification in Total Resistance Exercises (TRX) Suspension training. Her enthusiastic teaching style is unrivaled, and her education, fitness training, and Pilates background combined with her commitment to improving the lives of others through fitness--- continues to benefit the community each year.
