Sam Watts is proud and happy to be a member of the Club Pilates family. She originally joined Club Pilates as a studio member, in attempt to strengthen and reshape her body as a mother of two. Sam has a background in respiratory therapy, and because of that greatly appreciates the breath connection to Pilates movements as well as the total body mind focus. The most pivotal benefit Sam found through her Pilates practice was relief of anxiety. The mind and body awareness that Pilates provided Sam in her everyday life inspired her to continue her Pilates journey as a teacher trainer. She completed her 500 hour comprehensive training through the Club Pilates Education Program. She is certified in Mat, Reformer, Chair, Springboard, Trapeze table/Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and Magic Circle. When she is not in the studio, Sam enjoys weight and strength training, traveling, attending Memphis Tigers and Grizzlies games, and spending time with her husband and their two daughters.
