As a movement instructor with a deep love for helping others move with freedom and joy, my mission is to guide you toward a stronger, more connected relationship with your body. With a rich background in dance, I’ve always been fascinated by how the body moves and expresses itself. This passion led me to pursue a Personal Training certification, giving me the tools to help others build strength and resilience in a balanced way.
Along the way, I discovered the Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis methods, which opened up a whole new world of movement possibilities. These systems blend fluidity and strength, encouraging your body to move in natural, circular patterns that promote both flexibility and power. Soon after, I rediscovered Pilates, which I also cross-trained as a dance major, and combined its precision with my other techniques to create well-rounded movement sessions.
I can’t wait to connect with people who want to feel more in tune with their bodies and experience movement that feels empowering and restorative. Let’s move together and find joy in every step
