Diane has been teaching in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She is a certified AFAA Group Exercise Instructor, AFAA Personal Trainer, Ballet Barre Instructor, and TRX Trainer. She began her fitness career teaching aerobics classes (kickboxing, bodysculpting, step, cardio, boot camp, BOSU, etc...) and was hooked instantly. As a result, she decided to attain her Personal Training certification and later began taking classical Pilates classes. She found it strengthened her core, improved her posture and increased her flexibility. Inspired by the power of Pilates, she went on to complete the Power Pilates 600 hour Comprehensive Training Certification so that she could share the many benefits of Pilates with others. She loves being able to make a positive difference in someone's life both physically and mentally and looks forward to working with her clients and teaching classes.
