Mindfulness, self-expression, and art have shaped my path from an early age. I grew up dancing, and that love of movement carried me through my teens and early twenties, eventually leading me to study fashion marketing in art school. After graduating, I shifted my focus inward and completed over 1,400 hours of teacher training in Yoga, Ayurveda, and meditation. In 2013, I discovered Pilates and was immediately drawn to its precision, control, and transformative impact. I went on to complete my comprehensive training through Balanced Body and later deepened my commitment to wellness by earning my diploma as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP, CHN) from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition. My work is rooted in the belief that movement, mindfulness, and nourishment are powerful pathways to transformation. I aim to help others reconnect with their bodies, express their truth, and live in alignment with the most authentic version of themselves.
