Shirley has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, with approximately 10 years dedicated to teaching Pilates. Shirley believes that Pilates is one of the few disciplines that can be practiced by anyone at anytime of their life. Throughout the years of teaching, Shirley has worked with many clients at various ages. .
Shirley is comprehensively trained and certified through Stott Pilates. She has also certification as a TRX suspension trainer and continues to expand her knowledge and experience in the fitness space. The diversity of her skill set is evident in her well sequenced and fun workouts.
