{"bio":"Sirena began her Pilates journey as a CP member in her hometown of Upland. After moving to Orange County, she joined our Costa Mesa family in 2021. Over the years, her passion for Pilates continued to grow, inspiring her to enroll into the Club Pilates accelerated Teacher Training Program in 2024.\n\nBy August 2024, Sirena had successfully tested out as an apprentice instructor to teach Reformer classes.
