Haley
Pilates Instructor
Haley grew up with some knowledge of the Pilates method—using mat exercises to cross train for ballet and modern dance—but Pilates became an integral part of her life in 2024. While recovering from a microdiscectomy, Haley signed up for an intro at Club Pilates Great Bridge. She soon discovered the many benefits of group reformer work. The studio provided a way for her to gently and safely recover, build strength, and reconnect with her joy for movement.
Haley earned her 500-hour certification under the direction of Club Pilates Master Trainer Sue Gann in 2025. As a teacher, she hopes to provide balanced flows that challenge strength while allowing ample opportunities for mindfulness. She aims for each class to leave students feeling uplifted and proud of what their bodies can accomplish.
When not in the studio, Haley enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time at the beach with her husband, children, and beagle, Juniper.
