Lyra is a certified prenatal and postpartum fitness specialist who loves helping people feel more at ease and connected with their bodies. Originally from Taiwan, she spent the past ten years teaching and living in Tokyo and London before moving to Seattle and settling in Ballard two years ago. Now a new mom, Lyra believes that learning to understand and care for our bodies—through posture, movement, muscle awareness, and control—can make a big difference in how we move through life. She feels grateful to share this work through Pilates and to support others on their own journeys.
