Her passion for mindful, functional fitness led her to earn her pilates certification through Club Pilates, where she found her perfect fit. She’s always seeking new inspiration often through travel, where she loves visiting local workout studios to stay fresh, curious, and creative in her own teaching. Her goal is to help you feel stronger and empowered both inside and outside the studio with flows that are thoughtful, fun, and ever-evolving.
