Meet Caylee! Born and raised in Southern California, she has called it home her whole life. Caylee has been practicing Pilates for about seven years and recently made the exciting shift into teaching. She was inspired to start teaching because Pilates completely transformed her fitness and weight loss journey—she lost over 50 pounds—and she’s passionate about encouraging and supporting that same kind of change in others. Caylee’s favorite part about teaching is helping people realize they’re capable of more than they thought. She especially loves incorporating stretches that are reminiscent of ballet. In her classes, you can expect a strong, effective workout balanced with plenty of deep stretches along the way. Fun Fact: When she’s not teaching, Caylee is usually cooking or gardening. She also loves dancing and singing karaoke with friends.
