Instructor
Kera completed her 500- hour Club Pilates Instructor training in 2025. She previously worked in journalism, communication, and marketing fields before diving head-first into Pilates training. She believes in the purpose behind Joseph Pilates teaching: making intentional movement and breath available to all bodies. She strives to make the mind-body connection a focus in every class.
Just like in her Pilates practice, Kera lives her life with the intention to nurture other people’s strengths and joy, along with her own. Originally from Louisiana, she enjoys cooking, paddleboarding on Lake Ray Hubbard with her husband, and reading historical fiction with a splash of sci-fi or fantasy.
