My journey to Pilates began with Yoga, which I've been teaching since 2009, so there's always a possibility you'll get just a little bit of yoga in your Pilates class with me. The precision of Pilates along with the philosophy of work smarter not harder resonated with me in a big way. I enjoy helping people become stronger, more confident and more connected to their bodies.
