I've always lived an active lifestyle and love the energy of weight training in the gym. But that kind of training can be tough on the body, so I started looking for a low-impact way to complement my routine; and that's when I found Pilates.
I fell in love with it because it's truly for everyone, no matter your age or fitness level. I especially love how it builds a strong foundation through mind-body connection, helping you move better and feel better in everyday life.
Before becoming an instructor, I took classes at Club Pilates Draper for nearly a year and was always struck by the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff and members here are some of the friendliest people you'll meet. I'm so excited to now be a part of the team!
