Grace has been teaching different movement modalities since 2013. She was drawn to Pilates because she hungered for more specificity and understanding in how to move correctly. She enjoyed dancing and teaching Zumba, but was constantly feeling pain in her hips and knees. Through Pilates, she discovered how important it is to know how the body works and to be mindful in how you engage and move. Thankfully Pilates has brought so much healing to her body as well as given her a passion to see intelligent movement as a remedy to pain. When she is not homeschooling her 4 children, she is happily working on perfecting her comprehensive certification through Balanced Body.
