I’ve been in the Fitness Industry for over 20 years, starting as a Group Fitness Instructor and then a Personal Trainer. As I got older, I started changing the way I exercised and moved my body. I loved how Pilates made me feel strong and increased my flexibility. So it just seemed like a natural transition to include this training in my career not only to help myself but also to help others in their fitness and wellness journeys.
