As a comprehensive Pilates instructor, I truly believe Pilates has something to offer everyone, no matter their age, experience, or fitness level. My own journey began 16 years ago after a back injury from lifting weights that were too heavy. I started with mat DVDs at home, but once I tried the reformer, I was hooked. Pilates has been such an important part of my life, and I love helping clients discover its benefits for themselves. I’m passionate about restoring strength, improving balance, and encouraging intentional movement. My goal is to help people feel stronger, stay mobile, and move with more ease and confidence in everyday life. A couple of my favorite things in the studio are Side Splits standing on the reformer and teaching feet in straps. Outside the studio, I love being outdoors, boating, going to concerts, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Fun fact: I was taking a class on opening day at the Eagan studio and have been here ever since.
