I am originally from Minnesota and California, and my work is grounded in the integration of healthcare leadership, movement science, and lifelong body awareness. I am a Registered Nurse with a Master of Science in Nursing, a Senior Leader in healthcare, and a Certified Pilates Instructor. This unique blend allows me to bring both strategic clinical insight and deep movement experience into everything I do.
Movement has been central to my life from an early age through dance, and for more than 25 years, Pilates has been my foundation, It is far more than exercise to me, it is a powerful practice that cultivates presence, builds intelligent strength, and supports longevity. Pilates has profoundly shaped how I move, how Ilead, and how I teach.
My approach is informed, intentional, and holistic. Drawing on my experience as a healthcare leader, I understand the importance of sustainable practices that support both physical resilience and overall well-being. I am deeply passionate about guiding others toward strength, balance, and empowerment through purposeful, mindful movement.
Outside the studio, I value spending time with my family, practicing Pilates, being in nature, traveling, walking along the beach, and experiencing the beauty of sunsets, moments that reflect the balance, presence, and vitality I strive to cultivate in my work and life.
