I discovered Pilates while pursuing my BFA in Dance, and it changed my life. While dancing
professionally, I started my path towards becoming a Pilates instructor, and I am now a Level 2 Certified
STOTT Pilates Instructor with over 13 years of teaching experience. Always wanting to learn more, I
have also completed certifications in Aircat Aerial Yoga, YogaTuneUp (Fascia Release), Core Fitness
Roller (MOTR), Barre, and Tabata Bootcamp. I specialize in Pilates-focused trainings, but my teaching
experience includes other modes of group fitness and dance. A mother of three small children, I have
used Pilates to train my own body through pregnancies and postpartum periods, helping to re-discover
what my body feels like after giving birth. Pilates is highly versatile, and the formats offered at Club
Pilates can work for EVERY BODY.
When I am not teaching, I am most likely hanging with my kids building pillow and blanket castles, or
taking a yoga class.
