Ruby was introduced to Pilates in the mid 1990s. She was fascinated by its beauty, grace and strength and wanted to be part of this mental and physical practice. She is Stott trained and has been teaching Pilates since 2006. Her teaching method is playful and powerful.
She has since pursued additional certifications in Yoga, Ballet Barre and TRX. Further, she is an ACSM certified personal trainer.
She loves that she will forever be a student of this practice. Always learning, discovering and being inspired. She is dedicated to helping clients see results and coming back for more.
“I believe Pilates should be fun, at the same time functional. I want to educate participants/clients on the essence of the movement as this will stay with them long after the class/session ends. I want them to incorporate the Pilates principles into their every day life.
This translates to more energy, less pain, improved strength, endurance and elevated mood. To move with greater ease makes us happier and improves our quality of life.
