Liz has lived in Greenville and worked at ECU for over 20 years. She joined the studio hoping that her chronic back pain could be helped. She had never tried Pilates before and after only a few weeks her back pain decreased substantially, her mobility increased, and she was hooked. She joined the Teacher Training Program, offered at the studio, so she could help others improve their strength, joint mobility, stamina and feel great in their bodies. Liz enjoys taking a class each morning and teaching classes a couple of times each week.
