Melissa’s unique approach to fitness as a Pilates Instructor & Hatha Yoga Trainer is derived from her vast experience working with a demographically diverse group of clientele. Melissa has also gained great insight as a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2001. She has worked with and listened to countless clients who have been unable to maintain proper structural support through traditional exercise routines. As a result her services have provided relief of muscle and joint discomforts. This motivated Melissa to develop an efficient & safe fitness practice. She is formally educated & credentialed in Club Pilates and Stott Pilates, and Hatha Yoga. Incorporating elements of each discipline seeking to strengthen spinal stabilizers, support the muscles around the joints & releasing tight fascia. This unique practice allows her to broaden your scope of body awareness through structural integrity while elevating the level of your whole-body fitness.
