Eva is certified AFAA Group Exercise instructor, certified Pilates instructor, as well as certified Yoga instructor with an extensive background in many forms of dance – ballet, tap, jazz, disco. During her years as a middle school/high school foreign language teacher, she developed unique teaching skills which she brings to the studio as a Pilates instructor. She focuses her instruction on helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. She addresses differing abilities by offering and demonstrating various levels of exercise skills and intensity. She supports and encourages each individual as s/he works towards her/his goals and enjoys the success of each person as s/he masters a position/ exercise. She endeavors to motivate the individual to build strength, endurance, flexibility as well as a positive self-image.
