With over a decade of experience in athletic training and a deep passion for health and wellness, Pam brings a well-rounded approach to Pilates instruction. She spent 13 years as a competitive swimmer, 6 years as a lifeguard, and many years as a teacher's assistant, so she knows firsthand the importance of discipline, body awareness, and functional movement.
Pam’s fitness journey has a mix of different modalities —she’s explored everything from Gold’s Gym classes and yoga flows to personal training and, of course, Pilates. While she’s practiced Pilates on and off for years, joining Club Pilates in 2022 took her dedication to the next level. In just two years, she completed 500 classes, deepening her love for the practice. Her time in the fashion world also sharpened her eye for posture, movement, and presentation, which she now uses to help her clients feel strong and aligned in every session.
