I became a group fitness Instructor in 1996 certified in Spin, Kbox, Personal Training. I also instructed youth at several group homes while working a full-time job. I was introduced to Pilates back then during Polestar training for Pilates. Joseph Pilates was a true Renaissance man!
I suffered a freakish stroke after shoulder surgery in 2014 and luckily made a full recovery.
I retired from my full-time job in 2021. I became certified through ISSA as a Nutrition and Health Coach. I created a Weight loss group that helped Women lose close to 300 lbs. of weight over time safely.
I love lifting weights, but I was looking for something else…
Enter Club Pilates… Since the introduction class I was hooked, and my passion grew from there. I love the benefits of Pilates to lower stress, improve flexibility, balance and strength. Club Pilates is a great environment where you can grow in your practice.
I’m now a certified CP Instructor and I want to share my love for Pilates to help people move better, get stronger and stay flexible as they age.
My goal is to motivate you to move your body and feel energized using Pilates Principles!
