Kendra was first introduced to Pilates by a personal training client of hers. She always had wonderful things to say about her Pilates workouts so one day she went to a class with her and was hooked. For the past seventeen years she has enjoyed teaching individuals the Pilates method. Her favorite class to teach is a flow 1 or 1.5. She loves keeping things simple but effective. In her free time she loves spending time with her family, weight training, going on walks, watching any and all sports and of course Pilates! Come take classes with her!!
