Debbie began her Pilates journey in March 2022 after noticing a loss of strength during the pandemic when her regular exercise routine shifted. A lifelong runner and yoga enthusiast, she quickly discovered that Pilates strengthened areas that had previously been overlooked—particularly her arms and core. Inspired by the physical and mental benefits of a consistent practice, she pursued teacher training in 2025. Outside the studio, Debbie is a high school Biology and Environmental Science teacher, as well as a busy mom to three teenagers and one energetic dog. She credits Pilates with helping her manage a full and fast-paced life, offering dedicated time to focus inward, connect with her breath, and build lasting strength.
